Replaced dead XR500 with new one. No option to create//restore netgear_xr500.cfg
model xr500
firmware Not sure, Check for new ver does not install anything newer
DUMA V2.3.2.134
There are instructions in a help article how to back up/restore router's configuration.It must have worked for the old router because I have a file for restoring.
On this replacement router, the option is not found. Instructions say open Duma, select Advanced then backup or restore. Clicking ADVANCED only lists Network Speeds and Time Zone. Nothing about backing up or restoration.
Help is appreciated in advance
- I think you're still trying to get it from the settings on the top right.
It's the actual settings page - Settings > Administration > Backup Settings
If not please provide a screenshot of the options available

What about in this location?
Don't know about this KB 24321 I can't seem to reach it. Get something stopping me, like maybe a truncated link(?)
KB 19952 is the one I was referring to in my original post.
- You need to go to Settings first and it'll be there in a sub menu
