Sub domain of a webpage won't load properly

Question

Howdy all,
&nbsp;
I'm trying to access the webpage&nbsp;https://us.shop.battle.net/en-us .&nbsp; When it loads, I get a blue screen, and it won't load any further.
&nbsp;
I originally used my ISP's DNS, but swapped over to google (8.8.8.8 &amp; 8.8.4.4) but this does not fix the issue.&nbsp; I hooked up my computer directly into the cable modem (AC1000), and the page loaded perfectly.
&nbsp;
I have NO pages blocked and cannot find anything in the settings that could cause this.

Any suggestions?

correction, my router is a CM1000.

Try a different browser?&nbsp;
That site works for me on Mac and Opera.&nbsp;

Different browser does not work.

Factory reset the router and set up from scratch. Walk thru the setup wizard of the router and let it set up the connection.&nbsp;
Besure to clear any browser caches.&nbsp;Then try the site after this.
Try a different PC to see if same thing happens there.&nbsp;
Might set some custom DNS on the router as well, like cloudfare and quad9.&nbsp;
