Very frustrated.

I had an issue with my XR500 randomly shutting off multiple times a day. I opened a hardware support case because my technical support had expired. I failed to reply in time because for about a couple days the router worked fine. The case was closed and now whenever I go to open a new case I get a screen that says "oops something went wrong. Please refresh and try again later." Please help!

    I would recommend plugging the router directly into a wall outlet and if it still continues trying a different power adapter, if it's actually turning off then it could be a power issue.
