WIFI devices cannot reach my NAS
I've found that all my WIFI devices will never get connect to my NAS, LAN devices has no problem to reach my NAS
After few tries, I've found that this problem occurs once I have my VLAN on, if I turn it off then I will have no problem to reach the NAS, but I have to keep it on since my ISP require it to connect. The another model R7800 had this problem too but been fixed on recent firmware and that firmware was release months before XR500 came out.
So, let me break it down to you, VLAN = WIFI cannot connect NAS, no VLAN = WIFI can connect NAS, solution = refer to R7800, clear?
Now your turn to fix it, please

- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerI'd suggest giving Netgear a call by logging in here and getting the 24/7 support number so they can log it as a bug if unresolvable and then escalate it to the Development team that covers Settings, we cover the other R-Apps.

Any solution for this problem? Got the same issue!
I added a switch between modem and router to handle VLAN, solved!
