xr 500 wifi help 2.4ghz connects but 5ghz wont let me
I can connect to my 2.4ghz wifi with no problem but i can't connect to my 5ghz wifi on my phone. it says "unable to join network"
- Forget the WiFi completely on your device and then reconnect with your new password. Also ensure HT160 is disabled in Settings > Advanced > Advanced WiFi Settings on the router.

- Have you disabled Smart Connect and trying to connect to 5GHz manually? Change the 5GHz WiFi passsword and then apply, retype the password on your device, will it allow you to connect then?
