Xr 500

I have an installation stopped problem on my xbox, not allowing it to update or download games consistently . After all troubleshooting on the Xbox and even a new Xbox it still persist. Any idea what networking problem it could be?

    Is game consoles wired or wireless connected to the XR500 router? Ethernet is preferred. 

     

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. 

     

    Be sure to disable any QoS on the XR router temporarily to help check this.
