XR1000 - high ping on 2.4Ghz
Good morning,
I would like to ask for your help.
I have an XR1000 router and I am having trouble recently with the2.4Ghz wifi network. I am trying to run a connection benchmark within DumaOS, but it doesnt even run at all (I click on start, nothing happens for a minute, just loading,then stops without any result), so I am checking it on speedtest.net and the download ping is usually between 200-400 ms, which is insanely high I think.
Please let me know what other details you might need to be able to help me solve this problem.

- What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
Have you disabled Smart Connect?The modem is a CM1000.I dont know if it is set properly or not, to be honest. Smart connect is disabled, yes.
- When you're doing the speedtest.net test is anything happening on the network at the time? How do you have Congestion Control setup?
