XR1000v2 stuck on Loading DumasOS messege. WIll not let me into settings to update fw
Hi all,
I have an XR1000v2 rouer that I can not access. I know the unit needs a fw update. I login to the routers page and it stays stuck on the DumasOS is loading page (yes, I've waited the four minutes). I can connect to the router via the nighthawk app but it will not let me check for updates, but I can see my fw is way out of date. Is there another way for me to update the fw?

- There are only 2 firmware versions for the V2, if you're not on .22 then you can download it manually from here: https://kb.netgear.com/000066234/XR1000v2-Firmware-Version-1-1-0-22
Then see if you can access the router settings via this URL 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm and if you can then you can upgrade from there
