XR300 could not set up vpn in openvpn

Question

setup the dns and vpn then download the zip from <For Smart Phone>

unzip the the file (4 files in it)

take the client3.ovpn and email to my iphone

and open it in openvpn

then the app error : "Failed to parse profile: ca.crt, client.crt, client.key"

is there any step i did it wrong?

or just the router does not support.......

I just tried it on my router and with the app and it worked fine. Did you extract the .ovpn file out of the zip folder before you sent it to your phone? Are you using the OpenVPN Connect app or another one?

I extract the .opvn from the zip (using winrar)

but what about the other file? should i do anything about them?

All I did was import the .ovpn file into the app and it worked.
