XR500 device manager not starting
Ok have tried several times to access Device Manager and it errors out says check back , which I do with same results. Also notice that Process Manager, Settings, and Device Manager are not showing start with Rapp. Can't find where to change this. Have there been any problems with the new Firmware update? Had problem with setting static route for CCTV DVR before , but resolved in CCTV DVR , so working OK now. Sorry for so many subjects in post. Win 7 Ultimate, XR500 Nighthawk Gaming Router.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? What browser are you using? Seen in other browsers?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
OK firmware version is V2.3.2.114. Modem is Arris Surfboard SB6183 ours. Factory reset has not been done since last software update. I use Firefox as my only browser. ISP is Spectrum. Device Manager doesn't load at all, all Raaps are set to install at start except Device Manager ,Settings, and Process Manager. Qos shows a screen with Anti BUfferbloat, but doesn't load, times out like Device Manager just sits there with spinning circle. This all on win 7 Ultimate. I am leary about going with 3.0 as I have read many having problems with the update.
- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerThe latest firmware is .130 so it is likely that if you upgrade to this version that the issue will be resolved https://kb.netgear.com/000064346/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-3-2-130

In addition to FURRYe38 's questions, could you please let us know if it's just Device Manager that's not loading?
If you reboot the XR, are you then able to access Device Manager?
Could you please detail exactly what the error message reads?
It is more of a timeout says didn't load yet check back later. Will reboot and check.
