Why does the send, recive and the tick rate fluctuate so much?

I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.- It is dependent on the game, it's nothing you can influence on your side. If you feel it fluctuates too much and that is affecting your gameplay then I would suggest forcing a different server.
