XR500 Keeps Restarting

Question

Just got the XR500 and set it up last night. Sometimes a minute or ten minutes go by, and it restarts. Seems like others had the same issue as me but i'm not very good with this stuff. I've factory reset it once and nothing was fixed.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. One of the common reasons this can happen is if it is plugged into a power extender with lots of other devices, it may not be receiving the full power. Could you try it directly connected to a wall outlet and see if that resolves the issue please?

No luck, it just restarted again.

Did you purchase second hand at all? Are you using the correct power adapter for the router that was included in the box? It may be that you have a faulty router and may need to get it replaced.
