Xr500 Nighthawk wired laggy and slow internet
Need help, I have
Firmware version XR500 V2.3.2.56
My internet is not stable wired and wireless. Speeds with the modem is 111 download and 10 upload. Router does regonize this. But sadly when i use the bufferbloat to 70 I am not able to play any games online. Black ops 4 cant connect to a multiplayer match and apex lags and kicks me out of a game. Check with the internet company and its ok on their end. I contact support but they cant handle it so a specialist will be calling me in two days. Router has been working fine for over 2 years. Now, everything has gone wrong. I disable most thinks and still netflix gets buffered and cant play games. I need help guys. Also i seen fixes getting old firmware. Hope to hear from some one soon.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
I just setup my XR450 with v56 today on a 200/10 ISP and speed testing is to spec, via wired PC and NG Nighthawk app on iPhone and Android pad.
