XR500 not searching lobbies in cold war

So from one moment to another the router started to not search lobbies, i have reset the router and still happens the same! Any solution? Thank you

    it only happens in cold war! Ping heatmap not showing any server and every other game listed shows servers... Solution?

      Are you referring to Ping Heatmap, the Geo-Filter or both? We're aware that Ping Heatmap is failing to ping servers and we'll be pushing a cloud update to fix that so should be done within the next two days.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Are you able to join game lobbies with others as well or not?
