XR500 not showing SSID
So I bought one a couple weeks ago, and I just got my internet installed today, but when I hook up the router, it isn't showing that SSID on the bottom that it should and appears to be displaying as a different name. I've tried connecting to what I think is my router, but it takes a different password, I've tried hitting the reset buttons until the lights turned off, but it didn't change anything.

a couple things.
1. you might have better luck in the gaming forum for your device.
2. Did the wifi on/off button get hit? Try pushing and holding it for 2 seconds.
- I dont think the wifi on/off button got hit, I assumed it did so I had tried holding it for a few seconds a few times. It's mainly that what is showing up for the router just isn't the proper name and it isn't taking any of the passwords that it should be.
