Xr500 packet loss
I have hbad an xr500 gaming router for about a year and then out of the blue 2 days ago I started getting upload packetloss around every ten seconds it make it very hgard to play games.

What modem/gateway is it connected to?
do you get the packet loss if directly connected to the modem/gateway?
Its just a spectrum modem and i caslled and they said its not the modems fault

that's always their first response. but it still doesn't tell us what it is or if you get the loss directly connected to it.
That's key as its a process of starting simple. you start with modem----device because the more devices/connections you add in, the more things that can cause it.
