XR500 With Sky Fiber
Hello
Recently purchased an XR500 and trying to set it up with my sky fiber (sky q router)
I have been able to set it up and get it working but it drops out loads and it isn't reliable at all
Is there anything particular I need to change etc
I want it set up that i have just one network that i can connect all devices to and monitor them that way but it doesn't seem to be finding everything even tho I've connected them ?
Can someone help me please
Thanks

- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerAre all devices disconnecting or is it any ones in particular? Is it WiFi and ethernet devices? Do you still have access to the router interface when it happens?
What do you mean it doesn't seem to be finding everything exactly?- JamieStorey30AspirantSo basically reset it all last night and started reconnecting devices via "wifi" and they wasn't showing on the device manager then it just drops out when ever i try to do stuff e.g speed test , QoS etc
Ive seen previously people have had to change certain settings to get it running with sky
I have set the router name to be the same as my sky router as it advised me that it would allow my devices to connect automatically if i done this- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerAhh that is probably why, they're probably connecting to the existing Sky WiFi. It would be best to disable the Sky WiFi if you want to keep the same name/details though you may need to set different details and then connect them manually.
