Xr500

I factory reset my nighthawk and now it says it works fine and my app says it has great speeds again but the WiFi has no internet so I can not configure my router. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    After the factory reset did you go through the Setup Wizard again when accessing the interface in order to get internet? It must be completed after a reset for internet to be restored.

    What FW is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
