Yesterday afternoon, my wifi stopped working. What I mean is I could no longer find the SSID, on any device, and cannot connect. When I log into the admin page, on the home page it shows the wireless is disabled. However when I go into wifi settings, everything looks like it’s set correctly. I have tried going down in firmware version, as well as factory resetting it, to no avail. Does this mean my router has bit the dust? And I must buy a new one? Has anyone seen this? I will try this method and report later. FYI I have tried several other firmware....the.20.10 and.08 that hot flash one that someone suggested. But those were the regular method so I'll try this. Thank you

Thank you for tagging them...didn't even think of that...I called the CS number after creating some kind of ticket (I have the ticket number) but it told me I'm outside of some 90 day period and couldn't really get much further. Thanks again for all your suggestions. I just got home and I'll try the AP mode

In the meantime, can you also follow the steps below to collect router logs: 1. Type http://192.168.0.1/debug.htm into a web browser while being connected to the Nighthawk Pro Gamin router. 2. When prompted, enter your router admin login credentials. 3. Once logged in, click on Start Capture and wait for about 5 minutes. 4. When those 5 minutes have passed, click on Save Debug Log and download the archive locally on your PC. Note: Please save the log files in a place that is easily accessible so you can attach them to an email. I look forward to hearing from each of you! Kind Regards, Christine

It sounds to me like the WiFi button on the top of the router was accidently pressed which has turned off the WiFi - if you have a cat for example they may have stepped on it by accident. Press the WiFi button on top of the router and see if it returns then.

  The button was not off. I looked and the led was on. Tried pushing several times to make sure still no change. I guess the thing is just broken after only 7 months. But my wifi is not working at all. But hardwired does. I don’t get it.

    Very odd that it wouldn't show after a factory reset, the setup wizard was done each time with WiFi set up? Are you using Smart Connect? If so disable that and see if it broadcasts. Also check the SSIDs are set to broadcast. In advanced WiFi settings make sure the wireless radios are enabled.
