Also can't log in via a web browser using the router's IP address
Same issue here. Also can't log in via a web browser using the router's IP address, even after the usual cache clearing et al. Any updates on the firmware being released more broadly? RBRE960 / v...

To clarify: I'm unable to login via IP address (web browser) or through the Orbi app, which I always could with either in the past. Has nothing to do with which browser or platform I'm using. It's solidly a Netgear issue. Firmware, when I could access the router and control, was set to auto-update. I'm also NOT going to factory reset my router. Have over 70 devices connected, rely on it for my day job, and am not going to spend hours in downtime reconfiguring everything. Since it seems to have been acknowledged that this was related to a firmware issue on Netgear's side, came here asking what the status of an updated release was.
So again - any status update?

You'll need to pick a time when you can do a factory reset out side of work hours. When you factory reset the system, as long as you use the same SSID name and password for the wifi, ALL of your devices will reconnect. You don't have to reconfigure any devices.
I had my 960 series online for over 30 days on this version of FW, no loss of access thru web UI or Orbi app:

NG doesn't give status on when new FW is forth coming.
So again - You'll need to factory reset the system, can revert back to prior working FW version or make contact with NG support.
Recommend disabling IPv6 on the RBR as well as there is a known issued with v.15 and IPv6 not working. If you need IPv6 then revert back to v.21.
Also recommended to keep a backup configuration of the system on file for safe keeping. Helps if a factory reset is needed. Saves time.
Good luck.
