I have the app and it works well. My husband has the app but is having a hard time setting it up.
He tried logging in with my credentials. No luck. He tried setting up his own account. No luck.
The system will not allow him to get past the Orbi Wi-Fi set up.

this morning my app wouldnt recognize i even had an orbi on my network
both web and app
had to restart the router.. the bugs are plentiful as of late
