App and web interface - different and incorrect information
Have had an existing Orbi system for about 15 months. One RBR50/one RBS50.
I just added a second RBS50 to my system, one is wireless backhaul and the other (after a lot of frustration) is wired.
In the web interface, I see both satellites with 'GOOD' backhaul status. On the app (when it connects - which is very hit/miss) it shows the wired satellite as offline. Somehow they see different information for the same network?
Also - in the web interface, it looks like anything that connects to the wired satellite shows as a 'wired' connection to the RBR. There are devices that show as wired connections that are wireless only devices (like a Roku).
I've run an analyzer and can definitely see both satellites active - and the network seems to be working properly. The management seems pretty janky, though.
There's some screenshots showing the app/web disparity in this thread

Nobody has seen this?
Hi,
I just figure out I have the same problem. :(
I don't know if the problem is the App or in the orbi firmware.I have 1 RBR50 (firmware v2.5.2.4), 2 RBS50 (firmware v2.5.2.4 - backhaul by wire) and 1 RBS50Y (firmware v2.3.5.32).
The App show me the RBR50 status (green) but all the satellites seem to be offline (which is not true)
It's very annoying.Hi biggator,
I just saw there is a new firmware available (2.6.1.40 - I'm outside from USA).
Take a look: https://www.netgear.com/support/product/RBR50#download
I'll try next weekend.
