Can’t access Router config
I moved by Orbi RBK 850 from one home to the next, 3 times. Currently located in a home with Fiber. I have 2 satellites, one using back haul and the second connected via Ethernet. I cannot get my Orbi app to work nor can I use my browser on a laptop connected directly to the router to get access to the setup. The app sees my router but says it’s offline and I never get to the apps menu system. When I attempt via browser it fails

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Which ISP are you connected with?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What mobile device are you using? Android or Apple?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Sorry for the delay. I followed the outlined procedures. To be clear my network functions but I can’t get the Orbi app to work nor can I log into the router. My provider is Fision, locally known as Hotwire here in upstate South Carolina. It’s a fiber based system using their NOC/modem. Since I can’t get the app working I can’t tell what version of software I have anymore. The message I receive when I connect via anywhere access is “device is offline”, even though it shows the RBR850 with a green light next to it. When trying to get the app started it says issues connecting with “my network name”. When I tried just scanning the code on the bottom of the router, it appeared to get further and said to connect to “Orbi41”, but the only network that was available on my iOS phone is “my network name”.

Can you use a Ethernet connected PC to the back of the RBR and access it's web page there?

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
If this fails you may need to factory reset the RBS and RBR and setup from scratch. Press the reset button in back of the RBS for 15 seconds then release. Turn OFF the RBS after you see a green LED in back, then press the reset button on the RBR for 15 seconds. Have a ethernet PC connected to the back of the RBR. Giving 1 minute then turn ON the RBS and wait for them to auto sync to the RBR. Then walk thru the setup routine on the RBRs web page:

You might bring the RBS to same room or near by the RBR so you can watch the front LED on the RBS and RBR. BLUE is good.

When Orbi systems are packaged, each system is given a default WiFi SSID ("name") which is printed on the label, along with the default WiFi password. In your case, it appears that the default WiFi SSID is "ORBI41". Some customers never actually configure their router. They simply plug it in and use the credentials printed on the label.
When customers DO configure their router, they usually change the WiFi SSID to something more "friendly". (I always name a new WiFi system with exactly the same credentials as the one being replaced so that all of my WiFi devices will connect automatically to the new system. And, if I want to "go back", I can just plug the old system back in and everything will connect to it.)
If the ONLY WiFi system that appears on your iPhone is "my network name", that would seem to indicate that you gave the new system this name. (sort of weird).
How much configuration was done with the new system? using the Orbi 'app' or the web interface?
