Hi I felt that someone has cracked my orbi App ie Netgear portal username and password. As a security measure I have now enabled 2 FA. This should protect me from all future threats but what about past ones. I have changed the password too. But the person who was already signed in will remained signed in as there is no option in Orbi App or Netgear account to "sign out from all instances". May be I am missing something. Can someone help? Regards104Views0likes7CommentsOrbi RBR50 and web access
I have a RBR50 with 2 satellites. They have v2.7.5.6 firmware The phone (iPhone 16) app is version 2.49.0.14 and shows connected via Anywhere Access. My issue is the web site page. I can no longer login into it securely. It always comes up NOT SECURE ! As a result I can see my settings and info BUT cannot change anything. It starts as orbilogin.com:80 and accepts Admin and my password but once it opens it is still not secure. I don't know what has changed since it was working and am at a loss to find the fix.Solved42Views0likes6CommentsI cannot access my service contracts from the Orbi App
When I try to open my service contracts, the App just hangs. I have two active Orbi 970 service contracts linked to my account (one for a returned Orbi 970 Router). Could this be the reason? Any other ideas? Additionally I cannot see any protection level history and some of the displayed data like number of devices with installed Armor in the App are wrong / 0. Might or might not be related. Again any ideas?35Views0likes4CommentsiOS app flakey since 10.5.20.3
Since installing this version on the satellites first, one at a time, and then the router, it seems as though the iOS app is a little flakey. for instance, one of my satellites simply shows a “dash” - as the firmware version. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Signed out and back in. Same issue. if I log into the GUI or the satellite, it reports the same firmware version as the other satellite and router. So it appears to be a UI bug. anyone seen a similar issue before?51Views0likes1CommentOrbi app not connecting via Local or Anywhere Access, cant log in from PC as administrator.
I have an Orbi AX4200 RBR750 WiFi 6 router with two satellites, but I am unable to connect through Anywhere Access or locally. My Nighthawk CM2000 2.5Gb cable modem is connected to a Mediacom ISP 1Gb fiber line. I use Windows Defender across my iPhone, iPad, and PC, as well as the Windows Defender VPN on these devices. My PC runs Total Defense Internet Security Suite CE 25.4. I also use an iPhone 16 with iOS 26.0.1, accessing Anywhere Access remotely and Local access when on-site. The ORBI app version is 2.48.0.43. Oddly, the app shows that I am connected with a green dot under "Your Products" in Anywhere Access, but it then displays a message saying, "Device is Offline," which it is not. I am also unable to log in via Orbilogin.net or the IP address. My WiFi, ISP, and network are functioning fine, but I lack local or remote access to perform updates, reboot remotely, or check activity. Thanks in advance for any assistance in resolving or identifying the issue with connecting.Solved141Views1like13CommentsI have the app on my iPhone and it shows devices offline when they are online
I am having the same problem more than 3 years later with RBE871. What you suggest is not a solution. I have named all the devices and will not go back to square one. When is NETGEAR going to fix the problem. I’m having it with Windows 10 & 11 and with both Chrome & Edge browsers. I have the app on my iPhone and it shows devices offline when they are online. I’ve created a case #49279170. Once again, when is NETGEAR going to fix this problem.132Views0likes4CommentsOrbi App - device manager and remote access not working - iOS
I can only use the web interface. I have an orbi 870 and I cant use device manager or do remote access. The error is "Sorry your device list failed to load. Please try again later." I've done the power cycle, uninstall-reinstall app. Nothing works.Solved87Views0likes2Comments
