Device List Failed To Load

Using the device manager in the Orbi App, I get the message ‘device list failed to load’   Why is that? How to fix?

Also under Security it does not show any devices scanned

All looks OK when I check it on the web, but the App has issues

Any suggestions?

  • It appears (to me) that you have two options:

    1. Shake the smartphone and create a Bug Report to send to Netgear support.
      https://kb.netgear.com/000064839/How-do-I-submit-a-bug-report-or-logs-from-the-Nighthawk-or-Orbi-app
    2. Provide more information to allow people on the Community Forum (not Netgear employees) to assist.  Such as:
o Which model of Orbi WiFi router is this?
o What version of firmware is currently running on the router?
o What version of the Orbi 'app' is running.... on what device? (Apple? Android?)
    3. Is the Orbi app connected locally, or using Anywhere Access?
(does the Orbi app behave differently if you change the connection?)

OK, submit a bug report thru the app. Hopefully should be corrected on next app update.

Try uninstalling the app then reinstalling it.

If you need to do anything with the system, can always log into the RBRs web page if needed.
