I have just installed my RBE 773 and inadvertently enabled Anywhere access and can not disable it - i also think it may now be causing me issues that the app dashboard shows local devices as offline when they are working correctly online? Any ideas how i can disable the Anywhere access? Research i found is to disable cellular on my mobile devices (iPhone / iPad) but that is not an option .... there must be a way to permanently disable Anywhere access Help on this would be so greatly appreciated98Views0likes1CommentOrbi app- device manager
Got my orbi system this weekend. Playing with the app and a bit confused by the device manager tab A few times i have clicked on it and it gives a list split by wired, 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz with an 'on/off' button (a green slider) which is really useful, but most of the time its just a list without the split and buttons. When it gives the basic list i can click in to individual items and check the 5/2.4 status but there is no on/off button. Why is the format of this different form time to time? Recently installed this System with 2 satellites. I have a 2024 Dell 3530 with Intel Core i7 and Windows 11. I have a Starlink Satellite System but I used the "Bypass" feature and made the Orbi RBR750 my primary router. I didn't notice it right away but when I was going to copy some recent trip photos taken with my iPhone 11 and saved in my local iCloud for Windows app and Photo folder, the recent trip photos had not updated locally on my Dell. I used CoPilot to find solutions and there were a number of Orbi Router configurations to modify, as well as McAfee and Window Defender anti-virus and firewall settings to review. Without listing all the configurations I modified right now, if there are any users of this Orbi RBR750 router that experienced the same issue and found solutions I would love to discuss your solution to this issue. Thanks for your help in advance.372Views0likes3CommentsOrbi RBR50 and web access
I have a RBR50 with 2 satellites. They have v2.7.5.6 firmware The phone (iPhone 16) app is version 2.49.0.14 and shows connected via Anywhere Access. My issue is the web site page. I can no longer login into it securely. It always comes up NOT SECURE ! As a result I can see my settings and info BUT cannot change anything. It starts as orbilogin.com:80 and accepts Admin and my password but once it opens it is still not secure. I don't know what has changed since it was working and am at a loss to find the fix.Solved490Views0likes6CommentsI cannot access my service contracts from the Orbi App
When I try to open my service contracts, the App just hangs. I have two active Orbi 970 service contracts linked to my account (one for a returned Orbi 970 Router). Could this be the reason? Any other ideas? Additionally I cannot see any protection level history and some of the displayed data like number of devices with installed Armor in the App are wrong / 0. Might or might not be related. Again any ideas?283Views0likes4CommentsiOS app flakey since 10.5.20.3
Since installing this version on the satellites first, one at a time, and then the router, it seems as though the iOS app is a little flakey. for instance, one of my satellites simply shows a “dash” - as the firmware version. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Signed out and back in. Same issue. if I log into the GUI or the satellite, it reports the same firmware version as the other satellite and router. So it appears to be a UI bug. anyone seen a similar issue before?209Views0likes1Comment
