Can’t connect to Orbi RBK753P

Question

Issue connecting with ORBI15 and WiFi Not Found. I’ve tried different solutions but it always says WiFi not found and ensure local network is enabled even though it is already enabled.

Yes, I’ve done a factory reset reinstalled it multiple times, but all it gives me on the Orbi App is ORBI Not Found. And it’s a new system.

Is this a new system? A used system?&nbsp;
Did it get factory reset or someone change the ssid?
Have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall? Sometimes that's the fastest fix.&nbsp;

When the router is Factory Reset, your phone should detect a WiFi system with the name printed on the label (bottom of the router).&nbsp; That shows up, correct?
And the password for this WiFi connection should be what is printed on the label.

Are you able to connect the phone to this WiFi signal?

have you tried setting it up through the browser and not the app? I'm not a huge fan of the app and there's been a bunch of posts lately with issues on the app.&nbsp;
