Can not disable Guest Wi Fi on RBR50.

Question

I have RBR50 with 2 satellites. The Firmware Version: V2.7.4.24 and Orbi App version: 2.27.1.79.

I wanted to disable Guest Wi-Fi. When I move radio from enabled to disable and try to save, it gives me an error:

Orbi could not apply your new settings. Check you WiFi connection and try again.

Below it shows 2 prompts:

Update WiFi credentials

Try Again.

I tried both the options but in-vain. In past I was keep toggling between enable/disable based on need. However, now it doesn't allow disabling or changing the password.

Can someone help?

Does disabling it on the RBRs web page with a browser work?

Please guide on steps to disable guest WiFi on browser. I will give a try on browser to disable it.&nbsp;

Log into the browsers web page at 192.168.1.1 and log in. There is a Guest Network menu link on the left side of the web page.&nbsp;
