Cannot log in to Orbi app
I can’t log in to the Orbi app even after factory reset. It asks for admin credentials which should just be username: admin and password: password . If I try to recover the password it asks for security question answers which have never been set. This is an Orbi ac1200

After a Factory Reset, the router administrative credentials are indeed set to "admin" and "password".
The Orbi 'app' uses two different sets of credentials:
- The Netgear login (which is used to access my.netgear.com and this forum) is required to get the Orbi app to open at all.
At some point during the setup, the app asks for: - Those router credentials.
Before attempting the Orbi app, it might be worth opening a web browser to http://orbilogin.net if the router has been Factory Reset, then "admin" and "password" will be the credentials. If those credentials are not accepted, then my guess is that the reset did not take.
