Can't login to my router!

I've not been able to setup my router using the app because it says "Logon timed out, please try again. If this issue persists, try rebooting your device." even though I know the credentials are correct. 

 

I can login to the web interface but some features are missing and the app is advised as the primary way to setup this device.

 

Before anyone replies with this link: Orbi App Timed out Issue! | NETGEAR Communities yes I've seen it.

 

But we need an update on this please!!!!!

    For now please use a wired or wireless PC and web browser to connect to the routers web page:
