Firmware update 2.3.5.30

Question

Hi there - I recently got a new RBS20 Satellite. When I went to set it up via the app, I was told to update to the new firmware 2.3.5.30. So I went through that process and it told me it updated, but every time I go into the app itsays I need to update....and takes me through the same process...I get no error messaged and my Orbi system is working fine on firmware 2.3.5.12

Anyone else run into this?

eventually it just updated....so yes, but I didn't "do" anything to mske it work.

May you try reinstalling the Orbi app and confirm that the RBS20 is on firmware version 2.3.5.30 on the admin page via web browser.
