How do I enable the Access Control on the router?

I am having the same issue. How do I enable the Access Control on the router? I have tried reconnecting the TV Roku device and it indicates it is connected but when i try to launch any of the apps, I get an error message that it is not connected to the network. How do I reconnect a device once I delete it on the Orbi app?
