How to get support for Orbi Mobile App, device trust and truble selecting Anywhere Access 2409271451
I am experiencing a couple of issues with Orbi app on iPhone but cannot find how to get support for them.
Basically, after an app update -I guess, it asked me to login again. I did that eventually as offered login details failed ( forgot I had changed email). Selected to trust my new iPhone that app has been running on for years and it says there was an issue and fails.
Tried disabling 2FA but same.
Tried logging in locally as using Anywhere access - not offered trust option and now cannot find a way to login using Anywhere Access! Cannot find where to get support as it say product support expired but App I hope is still supported!
Using latest version of app ver 2.40.2.2

Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are having issues with using Anywhere Access using the Orbi app since you are unable to register your iPhone as a trusted device. Please log into your Orbi app disable anywhere access logout. Now log back into your Orbi app then reenable Anywhere Access.
