I cannot access my service contracts from the Orbi App
When I try to open my service contracts, the App just hangs. I have two active Orbi 970 service contracts linked to my account (one for a returned Orbi 970 Router). Could this be the reason? Any other ideas? Additionally I cannot see any protection level history and some of the displayed data like number of devices with installed Armor in the App are wrong / 0. Might or might not be related. Again any ideas?

I replaced my Orbi 970 router and would like to delete the device registration of the returned device. But as it has an active service contract the deletion fails. Any advise? Additionally I see in the armor portal an old Orbi 960 router which I have no registered device for (I replaced it). How do I delete it from the armor portal. Thank you for any help!

Would be helpful to see a screen capture of the attempt to access service contracts.
("service contracts" is a bit ambiguous: Armor? Smart Parental Controls? Extended Warranty? Pro Support?)
