I have had the exact same issue that just started about the same time

I have had the exact same issue that just started about the same time. On the App Store it looks like several others are having the same issue. I’m wondering if the latest update didn’t cause this problem I have reset everything and deleted the app and reloaded it and still having the same issue. It has always worked fine up until this time. I have not done a factory reset yet however, I am curious because I have  about 140 devices connected to the router that have all been labeled and set. If I do a factory, reset will all of this information be deleted as well? This would take me considerable time to try and redo all over again. Thanks for any information you may have.

  • I forgot to add that my Internet is working just fine, and all my devices are receiving Internet and Wi-Fi connection, the only issue is that the app cannot find my network on any device iPhone or computer even when I connect the computer directly to the router via cable.

  • You're not alone—it looks like the latest update introduced a bug. A factory reset will likely wipe out all of your custom labels and settings, so it's best to wait for a fix if possible. Hopefully, the devs will push out an update soon!
