I wasn't getting any connection to the Internet

I just started having the exact same issue. I wasn't getting any connection to the Internet either, but after reboot I'm back online, but still can't get to the router. Is this a bad firmware update issue? Any potential resolution?

    What model Orbi system do you have? 

    What firmware is loaded on it?
