If you're using any of the private ip address/random mac features disable them.
Any icloud private relay disable as well

What app version do you have?
What firmware is on the router?
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

This is a router/modem combo CBR750.
Yes, did this twice already and still unable to detect the router.
Internet is working fine and without issue, same with the satellite. I am able to log in manually via 192.168.1.1.

I've seen a lot of posts lately with people not able to access it using their app. I'd wait a bit and see if there's an app update

I will attempt this when I get home, I know private MAC is disabled for the network but probably not iCloud relay.
