Just changed suppliers and now app doesn't recognise my computer or other devices
Hi All, bought an Orbi RBK352 and installed it a week ago. It worked perfectly and all my devices showed up. I changed suppliers a week ago and now the orbi app says I have 500+mbs and speedtest says...
Hi Guys, I managed to resolve the issue by using the Orbi. I put the satellite close to my computer and attached it with an Ethernet cable. Appreciate your help.

The NBN modem is a TP VX220-Gv2 it worked at 500 Mbps when on TPG.
I can't check ethernet as I don't have a connector on my laptop and my PC is a desktop.
Chipset is 2.12.01.2329
