Just changed suppliers and now app doesn't recognise my computer or other devices
Hi All, bought an Orbi RBK352 and installed it a week ago. It worked perfectly and all my devices showed up. I changed suppliers a week ago and now the orbi app says I have 500+mbs and speedtest says...
Hi Guys, I managed to resolve the issue by using the Orbi. I put the satellite close to my computer and attached it with an Ethernet cable. Appreciate your help.

How to connect devices depends on how the user wants to configure the network.
- The typical practice is to connect the customer router to the ISP device, disable any WiFi features on the ISP device (to avoid conflicting radio signals), and connect everything the customer owns to the customer router (WiFi and wired).
- Some users design more complicated networks, where some devices are connected to the ISP router and some devices are connected to the customer router.
The Orbi app reports the results of an Ookla Speed Test performed on the Orbi router. Speed tests performed on user devices report the results from either an app on the device or from a web connection to the Ookla test servers. Tests performed on devices connected via WiFi almost always report slower speeds than tests performed on devices that are 'wired' to the router.
Hi, as a piece of added information, when I was with my previous supplier, the 500Mbps speed test on Orbi was roughly the same as the speed test on PC. Now they vary greatly, ranging from 6 Mbps to 300 Mbps on the speed test on the PC.
