Mobile app no longer detecting Orbi router

Since the latest iOS update mobile app no longer detects Orbi router, but all devices are working on line.
So do I now have to pay for insight app which was suggested in an earlier feed?

  • Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

  • I noticed the same issue.
    Since I have Anywhere Access activated the Orbi app will connect to Orbi through the cloud then I can go to the list of my products and will find the Orbi local access as an option and can connect directly.
