Hi everyone, I’m having issues with setting up my Orbi via Ethernet backhaul,
1st issue, I setup my satellite via Ethernet backhaul, it shows that it’s connected on the Orbi login website but it doesn’t show on the Orbi app
I’m running in AP mode, I’m going Router to Orbi then a 5 port unmanaged switch into the 2.5gbs port (then the Orbi satellite is plugged into the switch), on the Orbi app it says the satellite is connected but doesn’t show when I look at the network map

Where a screen capture of this on the Orbi app?
There is current problems with Orbi app.
What is the brand and model # of the switch being used? Is the switch supporting of 2.5Gb connections?
What CAT# lan cable is being used? CAT6 is recommended for 1Gb port connection. CAT6A STP is recommended for 2.5Gb port connections.
