ORBI 2FA pointing to Old Email Address
Hi,
So I updated my email a while back and forgot I had 2FA on my account. So now I login to my ORBI app on phone with login and password but then it asks for a code with 2FA. Problem is that it is pointing to an old email address that no longer exists. How can I update the email address to my current email address specifically for 2FA?
Thank you

What has worked for some people in the past is to appeal directly to one of the Netgear forum moderators.
Moderators have a stylized capital N after their screen name, such as KevinLiT Click on the screen name and select the option to send a private message.
In the message, explain the situation along with personal information that would not be appropriate to post on a public forum, such as your name, the model and serial number of the Netgear Orbi router, the old email which no longer exists and a new email which is valid.
Moderators have access to internal Netgear employees that ordinary members of the public (such as myself) do not.
Good Luck!
