Orbi Android App Freezing - unuseable

The Orbi Android App is pretty much unuseable. About 90% of the time when I open the app it freezes and has to be force closed or my phone restarted. This is making me want to switch to another WIFI system - this is terrible. I have to be in the app all the time in order toturn on/off internet access to my childrens devices in the house. I have a Samsung Note 9 - with plenty of oomph to run this app. It has gotten worse with the latest release(s). Please fix this its so bad.

    Try clearing storage and cache on the app. then reopen it. 

    If that doesn't work, have you tried uninstalling it and re-installing it?

      I have the same issue. I have deleted and reinstalled and the android app wont connect to router, NO INTERNET CONNECTION

        Is the app freezing or is it connected to your Orbi system and reporting that the RBR doesn't have internet connection? 

         

        Please post a new post about if Orbi app is connecting however isn't showing internet connection on the RBR...
