Orbi Android App has stopped working

Happened to me on a Android phone. Now the app won't even start just comes up a blue screen and nothing. I have uninstalled/re-installed multiple times and nothing.

    What orbi model system do you have?

    Currently there is a known issue with Orbi app and Android on Orbi BE series systems. NG is aware. Not sure when a fix will be forth coming. I presume as soon as possible.

  • When I login my Orbi account, the message is popped up on my Android mobile phone with your session has been expired, please login again continue. I don't know why it is not working

  • That sounds really frustrating—I’ve seen a few apps act the same way where reinstalling doesn’t fix the issue. Sometimes clearing cache/data or waiting for an update from the developer is the only solution. It reminds me how important reliability is, whether it’s with apps or even everyday needs like car rental services in Florida, where smooth performance makes all the difference.

  • Sounds like a bug with the latest app build. Try clearing the app cache/data in settings and if that doesn’t help, you may need to wait for an update or use the web interface as a workaround.
