Orbi android app is not fully functional after last up update.
I can get in all areas but the security area. When I select the security I get "Unknown error occurred ok".
I have the app installed on multidevices. Same error on all. Tried logging off on one of the devices and it will not log-on. Tried resetting pw and it says it was successfully, but still will not log on. I have also noticed the is updating my netgear web log-on.

The Orbi 'app' uses the Netgear login for credentials (user name and password).
Have you subscribed to the optional Armor security suite for Orbi?
Since I have never enabled Armor, when I click on the Security panel in the 'app' (Android version), it brings up a panel asking if I want to enable security. Since you are getting an error, it might be worth deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that causes the error to go away.

Yes, I have subscribed to the option Armor Security suite for Orbi.
I tried the uninstall and reinstalling. Now I have 2 devices that I cannot log in to.
When a try login a message pops up really fast. I had to record it to be able to see what it says.
" We don't recongnize this device
We sent a push notification to SM-S908U to verify your identity. this will automatically disappear when verified.
notificiation expries in 39".
This message disappear instantly.
An then I get "Login denied please try again"
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
