Orbi Android App

Hi, I cannot verify my Netgear account via my android phone. 

I get the login screen and enter the correct login informaiton and nothing happens, I dont advance to the Orbi app.

 

Does anyone have the same problem?

 

This just became a big issue since now the Genie app doesnt support Orbi remote management anymore. 

 

Any suggestion for how I can go forward is appreceated.

    Wild guess the Orbi App suffers from the same limitations for the Netgar Account (and the local admin) password so special characters like - "@¦#-_%&/\<> ... are not going through to the cloud auth server.

      Hi   schumaku, thank you for the reply but no that is not the issue i have only numbers and letters in my login password... I can login via the web but not verify my account in the Orbi app??
