Orbi App - device manager and remote access not working - iOS

I can only use the web interface. I have an  orbi 870 and I cant use device manager or do remote access. 

 

The error is "Sorry your device list failed to load. Please try again later."

 

I've done the power cycle, uninstall-reinstall app. Nothing works.

    Which Apple device do you have?

    What iOS version is loaded on the device?

     

    What FW version are you using on the 870 series? 

     

    Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

    Have you removed the app and then reinstalled it?

    Shake the phone and report the error.  Netgear does not monitor the Community Forum.
