ORBI App - WIFI connected but App states Issues Connecting and Device Offline

Hi, I haven't found this question, so hoping someone can help.  

 

I have an 6Gbps speed, 5,000 sq. ft. (RBK852) with satelite that has been working fantastic. Last night I turned off two devices using the app, this morning the app isn't working to allow me to turn those devices back on. 

 

I am connected to the wifi (using it as I type this) the app shows I'm connected to wifi but also gives me a message that the device is offline (see picture attached).

 

Extra info: I signed up for Armor Bitfender yesterday as well, but that was prior to using the app to turn off my devices. I've also rebooted both my router and my satellite, and both are showing as on and working correctly (no -red- lights).

 

Does anyone have a solution as to how to get my app back to working again? I would greatly appreciate the assist!

  • Same here. Installed a new system and it connected during set up and now won’t find the hardware on the network.

    WiFi works otherwise. I’ve used Orbi systems for years now and first issue with the app.

    Please notice and resolve quickly, Netgear!

        I was able to successfully update to the latest firmware via the app during initial installation before it stopped connecting thereafter. Product: NETGEAR - Orbi RBK753S AX4200.

         

        Not sure of firmware number, but was a 'dot' release.
