Orbi App Android and Router Comm stopped

I've been using Orbi App for android and Orbi mesh router with satellite since March 2020. Everything fine until today, the app no longer finds the router in order to communicate. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Tried setting up the router and satellite with an entirely new network name. Contect to internet fine. But App keeps telling me that there are "issues connecting with "xxxxxxxx" Go to settings<wifi and join your orbi's wifi network. Even though I'm on the Orbi wifi network. I'm pretty frustrated since this monitoring is a big reason that I purchased...Grrr. Anyone else having this issue or know how to resolve? I'm stuck!

    May you provide us with the model number of your router and the current firmware version it's on. May you also provide the Orbi app version you currently have installed.
