Does the iPhone WiFi Settings display the WiFi SSID of the Orbi?
(when it comes from the factory, WiFi credentials (SSID/password) are printed on the label - bottom of the case. Many customers change these credentials during the initial installation.)
If the router WiFi does appear, is the iPhone able to connect to it?
